Problem

The internal ticketing assistant needed to move to managed persistence, enterprise sign-in and a supported agent framework.

Contribution

  1. I moved the agent's stored state from PostgreSQL to Cosmos DB.
  2. I migrated the agent from LangGraph to Microsoft Agent Framework with 14 tools and vector search. I also added Key Vault, Entra sign-in, health-checked deployments with rollback and secret rotation.
