Problem
MII teams needed client-ready presentations that AI agents could draft without breaking the MII design, with every change approved by a person and private decks kept behind their own passwords.
Contribution
- I built the MII Deck kit: light and dark slide components, 32 slide blueprints with motion, and QA gates for layout, contrast and text depth, plus a critic that scores each deck against a rubric.
- I built Deck Studio inside MII Cowork. Agents draft presentations in the conversation's sandbox; the owner approves each stage, locks slides and can export an editable PPTX.
- I built the publish path: Cowork opens a pull request per deck, a GitHub App merges it only after the required validation check passes, and the deployment verifies the exact commit and rolls back to the last good release on failure.
- I added private decks with generated passwords, shared password links and rate limits on failed attempts.
