In the Microsoft AI practice, I lead Azure-native AI projects from architecture to production for 12+ enterprise clients in banking, automotive, mining, food manufacturing and consumer health. I also build the practice's own products, including a reusable full-stack AI template adopted across 10+ client projects. I write the specs, direct AI coding agents and review their work before release.
Highlights
- Reduced voice-agent interruption latency from ~2 s to ~0.2 s in a controlled A/B test (n=4 calls per arm)
- Built an AI code security platform with 8 scanning engines and a fix-PR agent with guardrails
- Led Azure Marketplace readiness for four AI products: Managed Application packages validated by real test installs after 36 install-blocking defects were fixed (Partner Center offers not yet created)
- 1,190+ merged pull requests in 2026, agent-assisted and human-reviewed
